Level I
Includes Fleet Parts Pricing, Preferred labor rates, Centralized invoicing, and your choice of Fleet Maintenance Services.
Level II
Includes Level I services PLUS Fleet Web Portal Access and Basic Reporting features.
Level III
Includes Level II services PLUS Web-based Enhanced Reporting features, Threshold Repair Maintenance, and a Dedicated Program Manager.
Level IV
Includes Level III services PLUS Centralized Service Dispatching.
