... with a comprehensive service program. Your local Hyster dealer offers a flexible, customized maintenance plan based on each lift truck's application, make, model and operating environment.

Periodic Maintenance

With the Periodic Maintenance plan you are assured that each truck on your agreement receives a thorough inspection, from fork to counterweight, to help prevent little problems from turning into bigger problems. To ensure quality, a PM checklist is completed and becomes a permanent record of your lift truck fleet's maintenance. The standard Periodic Maintenance program is comprised of three distinct levels of service.

Periodic Maintenance Levels:

Basic Level of Service:

Normally performed every 250 hours or 6 weeks for ICE units and 350 hours or 2 months for electric units. Up to 65 inspection points.

Basic + Level of Service:

Normally performed every 1000 hours or 6 months of operation. All service performed in our Basic Level of service plus Complete Tune-up and Fuel Filter Change.

Comprehensive Level of Service:

Normally performed every 2000 hours or 1 year of operation. All service performed in our Basic + Level of Service plus... Antifreeze coolant changed, transmission fluid changed, hydraulic fluid changed, clean and repack wheel bearings, and brake system inspection.

Maintenance Assurance

Also available is the Hyster Maintenance Assurance Program which offers both sound Periodic Maintenance service as well as an additional parts and service coverage* at a fixed monthly cost. The monthly cost is based on your application, estimated usage, and length of agreement. And there are no hidden cost or deductibles with the Maintenance Assurance Plan. If you choose to lease your trucks, you even have the option of including the cost for this plan in your lease payment or you can decide to add the Maintenance Assurance plan anytime throughout the standard warranty period**.
